As a Power BI Senior Associate, you will specialize in analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions effectively
- Managing CRM project timelines and deliverables to optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of CRM applications
- Conducting business process analysis to align CRM solutions with client strategic objectives
- Utilizing CRM analytics to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored CRM solutions
- Leading CRM integration efforts to enhance client relationship management capabilities
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to support ongoing CRM initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems within CRM projects
- Facilitating user training sessions to promote effective use of CRM tools and features

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Knowledge of Power BI
