PowerApps Developer Power Platform & .NET

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PowerApps Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate, working knowledge of .NET development, and exposure to Azure AI Foundry, AI Builder, or Microsoft AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps.


• Build and manage business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.


• Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, custom .NET APIs, and external data sources.


• Develop and consume RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET.


• Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.


• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.


• Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing PowerApps and Power Automate applications.


• Work with Power BI, AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft AI services to enable intelligent automation.


• Integrate AI capabilities such as document intelligence, prompt flows, chat solutions, and AI models.


• Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and deployments.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PowerApps development, including Canvas and Model-driven apps.


• Strong expertise in Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft 365.


• Good knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET, and REST API development.


• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with custom .NET APIs.


• Knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and data modeling.


• Basic to intermediate exposure to Azure AI Foundry, AI Builder, or Microsoft AI services.


• Understanding of Power Fx, expressions, connectors, and custom connectors.


• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms.


• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400.


• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Flow, or AI-powered applications.


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Knowledge of Power BI integration and reporting.
