PowerApps Specialist(2-3 years- Python mandate)

• Junior 2-3​ years experience

Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Python scripts, and VBA automation to address functional and operational requirements.

• Automation & Data Processing
  Leverage Python and VBA for advanced data manipulation, reporting automation, bulk processing (e.g., invoices, approvals), and integration support across systems.

• Tool Management & Continuous Improvement
  Manage, maintain, and enhance existing tools and applications to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.

• Requirement Analysis & Collaboration
  Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, providing expert guidance on automation opportunities.

• Project Management
  Plan, track, and deliver projects within defined timelines, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.

• Training & Capability Building
  Conduct training sessions, create user documentation, and mentor team members to improve adoption and enhance technical capabilities across the team.

• Stakeholder Communication
  Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing status updates, gathering feedback, and addressing issues or risks in a timely manner.

• Technology & Innovation
  Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices across Power Platform, Python, VBA, and automation tools, and drive innovation within the Process Excellence function.
