Software QA Analyst Engineer position in the competitive Information, technology industry

Requirements:

• 4+ years of rich work experience in the domain of Software Testing.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC with experience in writing & executing test cases and test
scenarios.
• Sound Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM- Customization, Service, Sales,
Security modules, and Power Platforms.
• Experience in various types of testing – Functional, UI, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Re-testing,
API testing through Postman.
• Elegant team player with strong interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Software Developers and Project Managers for all the
Projects.
• Involvement in the System Test Plan Preparation, Requirements Streamlining and
preparing Test Scenario/Test cases and Execution
• Logging and Tracking defects as well as Reporting Bugs through Jira Zephyr tool
• Attending Stand up Status calls daily and giving an update on the Testing Completion
status.
• Creating Functionality related Documents related to the Project.
• Performing UI Testing, Usability testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing,
Smoke and Sanity Testing.
• Test Power Automate Flows, PowerBI Dashboards, PowerApps Portal and Model
Driven Apps.
• Create Users, providing Security roles, Business Units, and Teams through Security
Module.

• Examined existing IT systems and business models, maintaining regular back-ups of data -
