PPC Engineer

• Develop and implement efficient production plans and schedules based on order requirements and available capacity.
  

• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
  

• Monitor daily production progress and update schedules as needed to meet delivery timelines.
  

• Analyse capacity utilization and recommend actions for improvement.
  

• Generate and maintain production-related documentation, including job orders, material requirement planning (MRP), and reports.
  

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, production, and quality) to resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
  

• Identify bottlenecks or deviations in the production process and implement corrective measures.
  

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  

• Work closely with ERP systems or planning software to manage and control production workflows.
  

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and control processes.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in PPC in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of production planning techniques and manufacturing processes.
  

• Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and inventory control.
  

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / customized software).
  

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
