What would you do? The Research Lead will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to support
the strategic initiatives of the Marketing Operations Lifesciences unit. This role involves
analyzing market trends, evaluating competitive landscapes, and providing actionable insights
to drive marketing strategies and business decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master s degree
preferred.
• Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role within the
pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable
insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PPT, Excel, or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
Skills and Competencies:
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing strategies and trends.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market research or data analysis within the
pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with building go-to-market strategies.
What are we looking for? Build research practice in Marketing Operations Lifesciences unit with structured and
timely research deliverables.
• Collaborate with Strategic & Business Insights Lead to identify areas of opportunities
and align deliverables to address leadership requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive
landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies, product offerings, and market positioning.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including clinical trials, drug
launches market reports, and industry publications.
• Develop PoVs and whitepapers based on strategic requirements to support leadership
for organic growth or new sales (RFPs)

• Use data visualization tools to present complex information in a visually compelling
manner.
• Collaborate with internal key leadership to deliver data-driven insights that support
strategic decision-making.
• Manage multiple research projects and ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Provide expert guidance and advise on best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all research activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in
pharmaceutical marketing.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
