PR and Communication Manager

We are seeking a dynamic PR & Communications Manager to shape compelling narratives, safeguard brand reputation, and enhance visibility across key stakeholders including media, investors, partners, and the public. This role requires a strong storyteller who can balance emotion with impact, align business objectives with social purpose, and position the organization as a credible and influential voice in its sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic media plans to establish the organization as a thought leader in affordable housing finance and related sectors
• Craft compelling press releases, founder quotes, investor communications, speeches, and social media messaging
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and PR agencies to secure coverage across Tier 1 and regional media outlets
• Monitor industry trends and media landscapes to identify PR opportunities and manage reputation proactively
• Respond effectively to media queries, emerging issues, or crisis situations with agility and professionalism
• Lead storytelling initiatives around social impact programs, customer success stories, partnerships, and corporate milestones
• Support internal communication initiatives including CEO town halls, leadership messages, campaign launches, and major announcements
• Ensure brand consistency, tone alignment, and contextual relevance across all communication channels

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate communications or a PR agency environment, preferably within BFSI or development finance
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone across formal, human-centered, and purpose-driven communication
• Solid understanding of financial, business, and social impact media landscapes
• Experience in speechwriting, award submissions, and CSR communications is an advantage
• Strong grasp of brand guardianship and strategic content positioning
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
