PR & Engagement Specialist

• Proactively identify events, summits, conferences, exhibitions, art fairs, and cultural programs where Company should be present or represented (India & abroad).
  
• Build relationships with city leaders, media houses, bureaucrats, influencers, and industry bodies.
  
• Organize and manage press coverage, interviews, features, and story placements across real estate, wellness, luxury, and sustainability media.
  
• Monitor city and national calendars — and plug us in fast to relevant opportunities.
  
• Partner with in-house brand and marketing team to sync brand messaging with appearances and public engagements.
  
• Own and manage the PR calendar, guest lists, invites, and follow-ups.
  
• Pitch and organize speaking opportunities for leadership across high-impact forums.
  
• Maintain a list of key media and event contacts — and constantly grow that list.
  

Requirements

• A connector. You thrive in social settings, know how to get through doors, and turn a hello into a headline.
  
• Fast, alert, and proactive. You never miss an opportunity, and you're always 10 steps ahead.
  
• Curious and strategic — you know how to place a real estate brand in a luxury, lifestyle, and urban impact context.
  
• Fluent in both English, Hindi and Punjabi
  
• 3–6 years in PR, events, communications, or brand engagement roles.
  
• Experience in luxury, real estate, hospitality, or urban culture is preferred
  
• Strong network across press, event agencies, cultural institutions, and bureaucratic circles
  
• Willing to travel for events, expos, and brand representation​
