Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Associate to support our public relations and communications initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and creating high-quality content to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Relations
Develop and maintain media lists and databases
Identify and connect with relevant journalists, editors, and influencers
Assist in media outreach, pitching, and follow-ups
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports
Support coordination of interviews, press briefings, and media interactions
2. Content Development
Draft press releases, articles, blogs, and media pitches
Support content creation for social media and website updates
Assist in planning and managing content calendars
Proofread and edit communication materials
3. PR & Communications Execution
Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams for content and approvals
Maintain PR trackers, reports, and documentation
Support brand visibility initiatives such as events, webinars, and podcasts
4. Research & Reporting
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
Identify new PR and media opportunities
Analyze campaign performance and prepare insights reports
5. Administrative Support
Maintain databases, contact lists, and outreach trackers
Assist in event coordination and logistics
Handle routine administrative tasks related to PR activities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
1 year to 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or tech industry PR
Experience in media outreach and relationship management
Basic understanding of content marketing and digital PR
