Practice Head - CLM Lifecycle Implementation

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline (required).
• MBA or an advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Law (preferred).

Experience

• 15+ years of overall professional experience across consulting, technology implementation, or legal operations.
• 7–10 years in senior consulting, practice leadership, or large-scale program management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering 3–5 end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.
• Hands-on experience with leading CLM platforms such as ContactPod.ai, Icertis, Agiloft, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar solutions.
• Strong background in business process consulting and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP and CRM integrations.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of CLM architecture, workflows, data models, and end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, system integrations, data migration, and automation frameworks.
• Experience working with project and delivery management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, and enterprise CRM/ERP systems.

Consulting & Business Capabilities

• Strong client advisory experience, including pre-sales support, solutioning, and proposal development.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery models, change management, and value/ROI-driven implementation approaches.
• Solid financial acumen, including pricing strategies, budget ownership, and program profitability management.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
