The Opportunity

Enterprise networks are undergoing their biggest transformation in decades. Cloud adoption, hybrid work, Zero Trust architectures, software-defined networking and AI-driven operations are fundamentally changing how organizations design, secure and operate their infrastructure. At Virtuosic Tech, we believe Network Platforms are no longer simply an infrastructure capability. They are the digital foundation upon which modern enterprises operate. We are looking for an experienced Practice Leader – Network Platforms to establish and grow this capability from the ground up. This is not a delivery management role. This is a consulting, solutioning and capability-building role for someone who enjoys engaging with enterprise customers, solving complex infrastructure challenges and building a modern consulting practice. You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Delivery, AI specialists and other technology leaders to help customers design resilient, cloud-ready and secure network platforms while defining how Virtuosic Tech approaches this capability. You won't inherit a mature practice. You'll build one.

What You'll Do

Client Consulting & Solutioning

You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers throughout their transformation journey.

Working alongside Enterprise Sales, you will lead discovery workshops, understand customer business priorities and translate complex infrastructure challenges into practical technology strategies. Whether customers are modernizing their global network, adopting cloud networking, implementing Zero Trust or redesigning their data centre architecture, you will shape the technical direction and define the solution approach. You will develop executive-ready proposals, solution architectures and transformation roadmaps while building trusted relationships with customer technology leadership.

Network Architecture & Platform Strategy

You will design modern enterprise networking architectures spanning campus, branch, data centre and cloud environments. Your work will include network modernization, SD-WAN, software-defined networking, hybrid connectivity, cloud networking, Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), network automation and large-scale infrastructure transformation. Rather than recommending products, you will help customers make architecture decisions that balance resilience, security, operational simplicity and long-term scalability.

Technology Leadership

You will provide technical leadership across the enterprise networking ecosystem and help customers evaluate technologies based on architecture rather than vendor preference. You should bring deep experience across leading networking platforms including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, VMware NSX, Zscaler, Cloudflare, Aviatrix and related cloud networking technologies. Equally important is the ability to articulate why a particular architecture is appropriate for a customer's business.

Capability Building

One of your primary responsibilities will be building Virtuosic Tech's Network Platforms consulting capability. You will define consulting methodologies, architecture standards, reusable accelerators and reference architectures that improve delivery quality and pursuit effectiveness. You will help establish technical best practices, create demonstration environments, mentor consultants and contribute to building a world-class networking practice. As the capability grows, you will play an active role in hiring, coaching and developing future consultants and architects.

Sales & Strategic Pursuits

You will work closely with Enterprise Sales during strategic customer engagements. This includes leading technical discovery sessions, supporting proposals and RFP responses, conducting executive presentations, performing solution estimation and providing technical due diligence for enterprise pursuits. You will collaborate extensively with our AI, Observability, Identity, ServiceNow and Data Engineering practices to develop integrated transformation solutions rather than isolated networking projects.

Delivery Advisory

Although delivery teams will own implementation, you will remain engaged throughout major engagements to ensure architectural integrity. You will conduct architecture reviews, resolve complex technical issues, advise delivery teams on implementation decisions and support customers through critical transformation milestones.

What We're Looking For

Experience

You have spent approximately 10–15 years designing, consulting on or transforming enterprise networking environments. Your background may include enterprise architecture, infrastructure consulting, cloud networking or network engineering leadership. Experience within a consulting or professional services organization is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise

You have deep knowledge of modern enterprise networking including hybrid infrastructure, SD-WAN, software-defined networking, cloud networking, Zero Trust, SASE, network security, network automation and infrastructure modernization. More importantly, you understand how networking decisions influence business resilience, digital transformation and operational efficiency. Hands-on expertise across multiple leading enterprise networking platforms is expected.

Consulting Capability

Successful candidates combine technical depth with strong consulting skills. You should be comfortable engaging CIOs and enterprise architects, facilitating workshops, translating business challenges into technology strategies, presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing complex technical decisions. Excellent written communication and solution development skills are essential.
