Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curricula and learning standards.
  
• Facilitate daily classroom activities that integrate play, exploration, and structured learning across key domains: language, numeracy, motor skills, social -emotional development, and creativity.
  
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and abilities.
  
• Monitor and document individual student progress through observational assessments, portfolios, and informal evaluations.
  
• Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly to parents, guardians, and staff.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; diploma in Pre Primary Education is highly preferred.
  
• 2+ years of proven experience in teaching children in a pre -primary or kindergarten setting.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
