Job Description - Pre -Sales Engineer/Pre -Sales Cloud Engineer - Qualispace

What we want:
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined
Pre -Sales Engineer to support our sales team in qualifying leads, understanding
customer requirements, preparing proposals, and recommending suitable cloud and
IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent
communication skills along with a basic understanding of cloud computing, web
hosting, servers, networking, and business email solutions. This role acts as the bridge between customers and the sales.
Team, ensuring prospects receive the right technical guidance before making a
purchase decision.

What you will do:
•Understand
customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

•Prepare
and share quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations.

•Assist
customers in selecting appropriate services including: Public
Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), VPS
Hosting, Dedicated
Servers, Backup
& Disaster Recovery.
•Explain
technical concepts in simple business language.

•Coordinate
with technical teams for solution validation and custom requirements.

•Conduct
product demonstrations whenever required.

•Support
enterprise sales teams by preparing technical documentation and solutions
architectures.

•Stay
updated with industry trends, cloud technologies, pricing, and
competitors.


Requirements

Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
related field.
Certification
in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
Experience
with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience
in the Web Hosting, Cloud, ISP, SaaS, or IT Infrastructure industry is
preferred.

Knowledge
of:
Linux
& Windows Hosting,VPS
& Dedicated Servers, Public
Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Email
Solutions, Networking
fundamentals, Virtualization
technologies
Understanding
of cloud infrastructure concepts.
Ability
to compare and recommend different hosting solutions.
Excellent
verbal and written communication.
Strong
presentation skills.
Customer -focused
attitude.
Good
analytical and problem -solving abilities
Ability
to understand customer pain points
Strong
negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability
to work under deadlines.
