Job Description - Pre -Sales / Inside Sales Executive

We are building a high -energy, tech -driven platform to transform how businesses worldwide source Indian products.
From quality checks to seamless logistics, warehousing, and 3PL support, we ensure that importers around the world can source and scale Indian products effortlessly.

Your Role: Sales Executive

You’ll be the face of the business to global importers — connecting, understanding, and converting opportunities into long -term relationships.
This role blends sales intelligence, operational understanding, and process precision. You’ll need to know products, export processes, and client psychology — not just talk numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to connect with importers and distributors worldwide.

  • Understand and articulate product categories, pricing, and export workflows confidently.

  • Qualify leads from inbound and outbound channels — understand buyer intent, business models, and product interest.

  • Prepare and share quotes, proforma invoices, and product catalogs.

  • Coordinate with operations for sample dispatches, lead times, and shipping updates.

  • Work with the marketing team to fine -tune messaging, campaigns, and lead follow -ups.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene — log all activities, calls, and deal stages accurately in Zoho or internal ERP.

  • Continuously learn export terms, international markets, and product insights to improve conversion rates.

  • Participate in training, product walkthroughs, and AI -driven performance tracking.

  • Report daily metrics, follow -up statuses, and pipeline progress to the leadership team.




Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / export sales (startup or export house experience preferred).

  • Ability to handle high -volume communication — calls, emails, and CRM management.

  • Familiarity with export jargons and workflows (Incoterms, MOQ, FOB/CIF pricing, lead times).

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT, Zoho, or similar CRMs.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and outcome -focused — no hand -holding required.

  • Comfortable coordinating with global clients across multiple time zones.

  • Curiosity to learn tools, automations, and workflows (Zoho, GPTs, Claude, n8n etc.).
