Must Have Skills :

Ø Industry Experience: Experience in handling general
or commercial insurance—personal lines, motor,
 property, liability, financial lines .

Ø Technical Proficiency: Skilled in office software
(Excel, Word) and insurance platforms

Good to Have Skills :

Ø Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills: Strong
 communication for engaging clients, brokers,
and underwriting teams

Ø Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple
tasks, ensure document accuracy, and meet
 compliance deadlines .

Roles and Responsibilities :

l Process premiums (PPC & PPW, multi-currency) with in SLA

l Prepare LPANS, do market submissions and process
LORS splits

l Resolve bureau queries

l Ensure Proactive Communication

l Handle enquires

l Resolve Queries of team members

l Prepare Internal Reports

l Document analysis & calculation

l Teamwork and constant improvement

l Willingness to work extended hours

l Must be flexible to work in different shifts

6lpa (lakh per annum)
