Pre-Sales & Solutioning Specialist Quality Intelligence

Role Summary

We are seeking a Pre-Sales & Solutioning Specialist to support the growth of our Quality Intelligence (Testing) business across BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare.

The role will focus on supporting RFPs/RFIs, solution design, estimations, client presentations, proposal development, AI-led QE and AI Assurance positioning, and creation of reusable solution assets. The ideal candidate combines Quality Engineering knowledge with strong communication, consulting, and commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, proactive pursuits, and proposal responses for Quality Engineering and Quality Intelligence opportunities.
• Create solution narratives, executive summaries, value propositions, win themes, delivery models, assumptions, risks, and differentiators.
• Develop effort estimations, staffing models, transition approaches, pricing inputs, and commercial assumptions.
• Coordinate end-to-end pursuit responses across sales, delivery, SMEs, and leadership teams to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.
• Support discovery workshops, client presentations, proposal defence sessions, and executive reviews.
• Create reusable assets including proposal templates, playbooks, estimation models, case studies, capability decks, POVs, and marketing collateral.

• Support the development and positioning of QA Automation, AI-led Quality Engineering, and AI Assurance solutions, including creation of accelerators, and client-centric value propositions.
• Support creation of AI-led Quality Engineering solution narratives, business cases, and differentiators aligned to client transformation objectives.
• Convert delivery success stories into reusable credentials, proof points, and market-facing content.
• Support preparation of analyst, industry, and marketing collateral.

Experience & Skills

• 6–10 years of experience across pre-sales, solutioning, consulting, quality engineering, testing, business analysis, or delivery support.
• MBA or equivalent business exposure preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of Quality Engineering services, including test strategy, automation, performance testing, security testing, test data, release assurance, and managed testing services.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing QA Automation, AI-led Quality Engineering, or AI Assurance solutions 

• Domain expertise in at least one industry: BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses, proposals, client presentations, and solution documentation.
• Strong communication, PowerPoint storytelling, stakeholder management, and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced pursuit environments while maintaining quality and accuracy.
