The role supports the end-to-end presales lifecycle, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to translate customer business, security, and compliance requirements into secure, scalable, and well-governed digital workplace solutions. \n \nKey Responsibilities\n\n\u2022 Engage with sales teams and customers to understand business goals, security posture, and compliance requirements. \n\u2022 Lead technical discovery workshops, tenant assessments, and architecture discussions. \n\u2022 Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architectures covering productivity, endpoint management, security, and compliance. \n\u2022 Define migration, transformation, and optimization strategies for Microsoft 365 workloads. \n\u2022 Develop solution documentation including architectures, SOWs, BOMs, and RFP/RFI responses. \n\u2022 Present solutions to IT managers, EUC leads, security teams, and compliance stakeholders. \n\u2022 Ensure alignment between presales commitments and delivery execution.\n\n## Microsoft 365 Core Workloads\n\n\u2022 Exchange Online (including hybrid scenarios). \n\u2022 Microsoft Teams. \n\u2022 SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. \n\u2022 Tenant architecture, licensing strategy, and service governance.\n\n## Endpoint \u0026 Identity Management (Intune)\n\n\u2022 Device enrollment and Windows Autopilot. \n\u2022 MDM and MAM policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. \n\u2022 Compliance policies, configuration profiles, and update rings. \n\u2022 Integration with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access.\n\n## Security \u0026 Compliance (Microsoft Purview)\n\n\u2022 Data classification and Information Protection. \n\u2022 Data Loss Prevention (DLP). \n\u2022 Retention, records management, and eDiscovery. \n\u2022 Compliance assessments and regulatory alignment. \n \nWhat we\u2019re looking for \n \nRequired Experience\n\n\u2022 8\u201312+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, EUC, or Microsoft 365 roles. \n\u2022 4\u20136+ years in presales, consulting, or solution architecture roles. \n\u2022 Experience supporting enterprise and regulated customers. \n\u2022 Experience in system integrator or managed services environments.\n\n## Technical Skills\n\n\u2022 Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and migrations. \n\u2022 Hands-on or design-level expertise in Intune endpoint management. \n\u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview compliance capabilities. \n\u2022 Understanding of identity, Zero Trust, and endpoint security. \n\u2022 Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into technical designs.\n\n## Certifications (Preferred)\n\n\u2022 Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. \n\u2022 MS-102, SC-300, SC-400. \n\u2022 Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, MS-500). \n\u2022 ITIL Foundation.\n\n \nWhat you can expect \n\n\nWe\u2019re legendary to take care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
