Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant with expertise in solution designing, proposal crafting, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial industry, experience with budget spent analysis, and the ability to identify market trends. A solid delivery background and a bit of technical expertise are preferred, though no hands-on development or programming experience is required. This role will involve collaborating with our sales and delivery teams to deliver the right solutions to address customer needs.

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Work closely with sales and delivery teams to design solutions that meet client requirements and align with their business objectives.

Proposal Development: Craft compelling and detailed proposals that clearly communicate the value of Wissen’s solutions, highlighting our technical capabilities and service offerings.

Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, especially within the financial sector, and understand customer challenges and potential opportunities.

Budget and Spend Analysis: Analyze budget spending patterns and provide insights to ensure solutions are both cost-effective and aligned with customer budgets.

Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their business problems, pain points, and technology requirements. Propose solutions that address these challenges, leveraging Wissen’s strengths.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, and technical teams) to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to project execution.

Financial Industry Focus: Keep up-to-date with trends in the financial services industry to tailor solutions that address evolving market needs.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery roles.

Strong background in solution design and crafting winning proposals for clients.

Experience conducting market analysis and identifying industry trends, especially in the financial sector.

Ability to perform budget spent analysis and provide cost-effective solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.

Experience in working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and customer expectations.

Technical background (preferred) to understand solution requirements but no need for hands-on development or programming expertise
