Job Description - Presales Consultant





  • Demonstrating a working knowledge by creating a solution fulfilling client’s requirements



  • Conducting onsite / online Business workshop to gather client’s requirement through Consultative approach



  • Examining prospect requirement, mapping to solutions needs & effectively build Business Case for prospects Should have very good business analytics skills and documentation skills.



  • Adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by management, including but not limited to CRM policies, Client management, Internal and External communications, brand building and management, bid management etc.



  • Analysis of Trends of Industry through market or segment research, client interactions, event participations and sharing feedback with Product team on Product alignment for the market/segment/industry.



  • Creating Product Presentation based on the technical documentation.



Requirements



Primary Competencies




  • Strong technical background to understand client’s needs and challenges



  • Problem solving skills to derive customized solution fulfilling client’s challenges / requirements



  • Excellent presentation skills



  • Excellent documentation skills



  • Knowledge of Fintech and Banking domain



  • Should posses knowledge about the mobile money/wallet system, payments system and engine, distribution hierarchy and agent banking.



  • Should have worked in organization which provides similar kind of solution.




Secondary Competencies




  • Client Management with excellent communication and documentation skills



  • Excellent listener, presenter and advisor



  • Creative and out of the box thinking



  • Ability to work as a team



  • Positive Attitude with Confidence, Enthusiasm, Friendliness, Respectfulness, Attentiveness, Self-Motivated etc.








Desired Skills & Experience



  • Technocomercial person having exp of 4-6 years having knowledge of wallet and payments domain.
