Job Description - Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

 

Technical Expertise:

 

  • Serve as the technical
    expert on Salesforce products and solutions.

  • Conduct in -depth product
    demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce to potential
    clients.

  • Collaborate with the
    sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the most
    suitable solutions.

  • Good understanding of
    setting up demo orgs, customizing Salesforce based on customer
    requirements.

 

Solution Design:

 

  • Work closely with
    clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

  • Design and architect
    Salesforce solutions that address the unique needs of each client.

  • Create detailed
    technical proposals, including system architecture, integrations, and
    customizations.

 

Client Engagement:

 

  • Act as a trusted advisor
    to clients, providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and
    industry trends.

  • Build and maintain
    strong client relationships through effective communication and
    exceptional service.

 

Team Collaboration:

 

  • Work closely with the
    sales team to support the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal
    closure.

  • Collaborate with the
    delivery team to ensure a seamless transition from pre -sales to project
    implementation.

 

Market Research:

 

  • Stay up -to -date with the
    latest Salesforce features, products, and industry trends.

  • Conduct market research
    to identify opportunities for expanding our Salesforce offerings.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Salesforce
    certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce
    Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in
    pre -sales engineering or technical consulting for Salesforce solutions.

  • Strong understanding of
    CRM concepts and Salesforce architecture.

  • Excellent communication
    and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel
    occasionally for client meetings and presentations (Europe and Middle East
    Primarily)
