Job Description - Pre-Sales Executive

Job purpose:

The main purpose of this role is to call leads, strong follow-up and update the system. They will be reaching out the potential customers and inviting them to visit the residential complexes of DTC Projects.

KRAs:

Responsible for calling new leads and old lead database.
Updating the lead status in Salesforce system.
Follow-up for all leads in the system.
Weekly reporting on leads.

Requirements

Requirements:

Exposure in tele calling
Good communication skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Telesales/Real Estate Pre-Sales segment with business-level communication proficiency in all three languages (English, Hindi, Bengali)

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in Presales calling (Preferred)

• Good technical knowledge in using CRM and Computer system

• Age: Maximum 30 years
