Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team through lead generation, prospect outreach, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and an interest in engaging with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate potential leads through cold calling and outbound outreach.

Connect with prospective clients to understand their business needs and introduce Leadrat CRM solutions.

Qualify leads based on customer requirements, interest, and business potential.

Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.

Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate lead details and activity updates in the CRM.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth lead handovers.

Work towards daily and monthly lead generation and qualification targets.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, telecalling, or similar customer-facing roles.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and regular follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with potential customers.

A proactive, target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
