Responsibilities:
● Lead Qualification & Client Engagement:
• Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and qualify leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.
● Product Demonstrations & Presentations:
• Conduct online and in-person demos of the SaaS eCommerce platform.
• Prepare customized presentations and product walkthroughs based on client
requirements.
• Provide product insights and recommendations based on customer pain points.
● Onboarding & Support:
• Collaborate with onboarding specialists to ensure smooth implementation of the
platform.
• Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless post-sales transition.
● Market & Competitive Research:
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
• Gather client feedback to enhance product offerings.
Required Skills
• 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role (SaaS/eCommerce
experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
• Work closely with the Product Team for product and feature enhancement.
