As an Presales Manager (PM) Datacenter , we’re currently looking for a candidate with a blend of consulting and pre -sales experience, ideally someone who leans more towards pre -sales. Pre -sales professionals work closely with sales teams to provide technical and business expertise during the sales process. Their primary role is to understand customer needs, demonstrate how solutions meet those needs, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Presales experience in Datacenter (Server, storage, backup, virtualization, HCI solutions) their respective domain.
· Engage in first -level client calls/ meetings to understand their requirements
· Provide Solution Presentations during the sales process
· Research & share insights on market trends, competitor’s clients and their solutions
· Provide research inputs to create product positioning & go -to market strategy
· Providing technical support to Business and sales group.
· Deliver POCs to the customers.
· Understand the requirement of the customer and creating BOQ.
· Making tender specifications and compliance.
· Able to present technical white board demonstrations to clients.
Experience: Desired Experience 3+ years in pre -sales, or consulting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in client -facing solutions, proposal development, and deal structuring
Strategic Mindset: Manage the pre -sales team focused on content services, ensuring high -quality support and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
· Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
