This role is designed for a technically skilled professional who can bridge business needs and innovative technology solutions.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering specialists to design impactful observability strategies.
The position focuses on helping organizations modernize their monitoring, analytics, and digital transformation capabilities.
You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through solution discovery, architecture design, and technical demonstrations.

Accountabilities:
The Presales Solutions Architect will be responsible for shaping customer solutions, providing technical leadership, and supporting successful sales engagements through consultative architecture and innovation. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with sales teams during customer meetings to understand business challenges and develop technology-driven solutions.
- Consult with customers and prospects to identify needs, define requirements, and align solutions with desired business outcomes.
- Design scalable observability and monitoring architectures independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
- Demonstrate platform capabilities through live product demonstrations, prototypes, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Provide expertise in observability, application performance monitoring, log analytics, telemetry pipelines, streaming data architectures, and related technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into technical deliverables, solution designs, documentation, pricing proposals, and statements of work.
- Create technical enablement materials and thought leadership content for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain demonstration environments and stay current with evolving technologies, certifications, and market trends.
- Evaluate technology solutions and integrations across multiple vendors to recommend effective approaches.
- Support technical sales initiatives by providing guidance, presentations, and architectural recommendations throughout the customer journey.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced technology consultant with strong communication skills and a passion for designing modern enterprise solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:
- 5+ years of experience acting as a consultant, advising clients on technical solutions and participating in presales or solution development activities.
- 2+ years of technical experience with observability platforms such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Sumo Logic, Grafana Labs, Elastic, or similar technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, configuration management, and change management solutions such as LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience with log management solutions including Splunk, Sumo Logic, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Loki/Grafana, or related tools.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, system administration, automation, and configuration management technologies such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with telemetry collection agents and pipeline technologies such as Cribl, Dynatrace OpenPipeline, Datadog Vector, Grepr, or similar solutions.
- Ability to architect integrated solutions across multiple technology vendors and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of customer requirements gathering, solution design, and technical implementation planning.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and a self-driven approach to work.
- Experience with event management, AIOps platforms, incident management, CMDB processes, or service management tools is a plus.
