Preschool teacher Assistant required for CBSE School, Mulbagal,(Kolar), Karnataka 563131

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Assistant Teacher for LKG and UKG classes. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with lead teachers to support a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting daily classroom activities.
  
• Support children’s learning through interactive play and educational materials.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
  
• Monitor and report on each child’s development and behavior.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
  
• Encourage positive social behavior and ensure the emotional well-being of children.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred).
  

• Fluency in English and local language 
  

• Passion for working with young children.
  

• Patient, energetic, and responsible with a caring attitude.
  

• Educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.
