Pricefx Configuration & Integration Engineer

As a Pricefx Configuration & Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end/server-side components of applications, including APIs, databases, and services containing business logic. You will work with various technologies to build, enhance, and support applications deployed on-premises or in cloud environments while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. 

1. Engage with customers to understand business use cases and requirements. 
2. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using appropriate tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies. 
3. Adhere to architectural guidelines to ensure a consistent and unified development approach. 
4. Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality code. 
5. Develop and maintain back-end applications, APIs, and microservices using server-side technologies. 
6. Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Designers, and Architects. 
7. Support application deployment in cloud or on-premises environments, including health monitoring, performance optimization, security hardening, and disaster recovery activities. 
8. Manage data storage and retrieval using database technologies. 
9. Promote engineering best practices, including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous delivery (CD). 
10. Optimize back-end infrastructure and deployment practices to improve application reliability and resilience. 
11. Support security practices to safeguard user data, including encryption and anonymization. 
12. Experience with GCP is desirable. 
13. Lead test plan creation, test case execution, and code deployment activities. 
14. Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues. 
15. Perform problem analysis and implement solutions based on business requirements. 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech). 
• 5+ years of experience as a Pricefx Configuration/Integration Engineer. 
• Pricefx Certified Configuration Engineer (CE) certification is mandatory. 
• Pricefx Integration Engineer (IE) certification is preferred. 
• Hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, Apache Camel, and SQL. 
• Exposure to GCP is preferred.
