• Possess thorough knowledge of the IT curriculum adopted by the school
  
• Possess in -depth knowledge of project -based learning methodology
  
• Keep him/herself abreast of the latest developments in IT tools, IT applications in general and IT applications used in K - 5 sector
  
• Have the ability and the voluntary nature to help colleagues with IT skills
  
• Motivate, stimulate and encourage experiential learning
  
• Employ appropriate techniques and strategies for instruction and evaluation
  
• Ensure age -appropriate activities to aid learning
  
• Focus on skill development
  
• Possess the ability to identify learning disabilities
  
• Develop appropriate learning aids, tools, and resources
  
• Maintain the record of competence, performance, and progress of every child
  
• Update him/herself with the best practices in pedagogy
  
• Should be ready to work in the team for any type of documentation.
  
• At the time have to participate and take responsibility for school activities in or outside the campus.
