About us:
Key responsibilities :
Understanding project scope and identifying relevant industry stakeholders including dealers, distributors, retailers, doctors, channel partners, and B2B experts through LinkedIn, Naukri, industry databases, and professional networks.
Conducting targeted outreach to industry professionals and business stakeholders via email, LinkedIn messages, and outbound calls to onboard relevant experts for consulting and research discussions.
Making outbound B2B calls to prospective and existing experts, dealers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and retailers to understand market dynamics and gather industry insights.
Screening experts and business participants based on client-defined screener questions, qualification criteria, and industry relevance.
Managing end-to-end expert engagement and relationship ownership, from onboarding and call coordination to invoicing and post-call follow-ups.
Scheduling and coordinating expert consultations, dealer/distributor discussions, and stakeholder callback appointments as per client timelines.
Briefing experts and industry participants accurately on project objectives, discussion agendas, and client expectations prior to calls.
Conducting follow-up interactions with experts and B2B stakeholders to ensure smooth engagement and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Handling expert and participant concerns professionally while coordinating with internal teams for timely issue resolution and escalation management.
Staying updated on ongoing industry trends, market developments, service offerings, and client requirements across multiple sectors.
Confidently addressing expert queries and providing detailed information regarding consultation processes, project scope, and engagement guidelines.
Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering outreach activities, call status, expert pipelines, and engagement metrics.
Tracking key performance indicators including outreach conversion, expert onboarding, call completion rates, and stakeholder engagement metrics.
Adapting communication and engagement strategies based on expert responses, industry type, and client-specific requirements.
Demonstrating flexibility in managing domestic and international B2B projects, including coordination across different time zones and non-Indian Standard Time working hours.
Key Skills:

Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone, email and messages
Focused approach to problem-solving along with a strong background in networking.
Very good listener, and deep empathy toward clients to respond to their needs
