This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Business Integration Analyst (SAP QM) based in India.
This role is a senior-level SAP Quality Management position focused on driving end-to-end digital transformation across complex manufacturing and aerospace environments. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA QM solutions that strengthen quality planning, inspection, and control processes at scale. The position involves close collaboration with global business and IT stakeholders to translate operational requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions. You will contribute to large transformation programs integrating multiple SAP modules and enterprise systems. The role offers strong exposure to global manufacturing operations and advanced S/4HANA capabilities. It is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex process challenges while shaping enterprise-wide quality systems. You will also act as a key advisor in driving best practices for quality and compliance in mission-critical environments.
Accountabilities:
Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Quality Management implementations, including solution design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support while ensuring alignment with global quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP QM solutions supporting quality planning, inspection planning, and quality control processes.
- Configure and customize SAP QM functionalities within S/4HANA and ensure seamless integration with modules such as MM, PP, SD, PM, IM/EWM, and FICO.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and recommend SAP best practices.
- Support system testing, UAT execution, training sessions, and stabilization activities during implementation cycles.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP QM issues and continuously enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams and business users throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with quality, manufacturing, and enterprise process standards across global deployments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, with 7+ years of hands-on SAP Quality Management experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP QM configuration and implementation, including deep knowledge of quality planning, inspection processes, and quality control workflows.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP module integrations, particularly MM, PP, SD, PM, IM/EWM, and FICO.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration, Fiori applications, and embedded analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or large-scale manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.
