Job Description - Principal Buyer - Procurement

Work Experience of more than 15 years as International Oil and Gas EPC Contactor's home office Purchaser of Equipment and Material being sourced from international suppliers, required for plant facility, not of Consumables for construction work at Site.

Purchasing work of Equipment and Material based on his proper understanding for Project Unique requirement and knowledge for Suppliers in wide variety of commodity in Oil and Gas EPC business.

Understanding for international trade terms as Purchaser.

-Basic Understanding for the Equipment and Material required for Plant Facility, not for Construction Consumables.

-Wide knowledge for the international suppliers who supplies Equipment and Material required for Plant Facility.

Requirements

-A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken.

-Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work.

-Highly ethical - accountable for actions and statements.

-The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team.

-Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and explain them to others.

-High attention to detail and proactive follow up.

-The willingness to take responsibility as delegated and make decisions at appropriate times within the authority level.

-Striving for excellence in efficiency, safety and profitability.

-Showing mutual trust and respect in all our working relationships.

The JGC Operations Center is a high standard office environment, generally clean and safe. JGC require all staff to maintain safe working practice at all times both within the office and when travelling on business assignment, observing all HSE procedures as instructed.
