Title: GIT : Principal, Commercial AI Applications 

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

  As the Senior Manager for Agentic AI, Content, & Commerce, you will lead the "Digital Frontier" team within GIT APAC. You are responsible for the stable evolution of our regional Content and Commerce foundations while simultaneously running an AI Innovation Lab.

  
  


• 
  

  You will act as the primary bridge between digital execution and business strategy, managing a specialized team to build autonomous AI agents that redefine how our customers interact with our brands.

  
  

Responsibilities :

• 
  

   Agentic Strategy & Incubation: Lead a specialized "AI Squad" to build and scale autonomous agents for customer service, content creation, and commerce optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Rapid Prototyping: Implement a "Test & Learn" framework using sandbox environments to validate AI agents before regional deployment.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Visionary: Direct the selection of LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration layers (e.g., LangChain) to ensure agents are data-grounded and secure.

  
  


• 
  

  Stakeholder Leadership: Partner with IT and business leaders  translating conceptualI "hype" into functional business pilots, building business cases for capability evolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Content & Commerce Readiness: Enhance PIM/DAM architectures to ensure data is structured and "AI-ready" for seamless agent consumption.

  
  


• 
  

  Systems Integration: Ensure cutting-edge AI agents integrate reliably with legacy regional commerce stacks without compromising performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Performance Optimization: Oversee digital asset performance, ensuring regional sites are optimized for SEO and the emerging landscape of AEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

  
  


• 
  

  Mentorship & Growth: Provide techno-functional coaching to engineers while building the long-term business case for expanded AI capabilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Domain Mastery: Deep proficiency in multi-agent orchestration, tool-use by LLMs, and enterprise-grade commerce/content solutions.

  
  

Required  Qualifications :

• 
  

  Experience: 12+ years in Digital/IT, with a minimum of 3 years leading high-stakes AI or Digital Transformation projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Agentic AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of the shift from "Generative" to "Agentic" AI (autonomous task execution, tool-use by LLMs, and multi-agent orchestration).

  
  


• 
  

  Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional ability to manage "Core Team" dynamics, balancing aggressive business demands with technical feasibility.

  
  


• 
  

  Content/Commerce Background: Prior experience building enterprise-grade Commerce capabilities, PIM, and/or DAM solutions 

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership: Proven experience managing specialized digital talent (Engineers/Architects).

  
  

Preferred Qualifications :

  Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce & commercial excellence concepts,

  Act as a thought leader shaping the evolution of AI capabilities across the digital & commercial excellence practice

  Ability to develop clear, compelling executive storylines, distilling complex analyses and AI outputs into concise recommendations for C-suite audience

  Ability to operate in ambiguous fast evolving environment,  problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
