Principal Consultant/Senior Consultant - Business Consulting and ERP

What are we looking for? - Senior Consultants / Principal

We are looking for smart, self-driven, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for the Business Transformation management. Our consultants have a blend of technical and domain expertise in one or more areas of Life sciences, Retail and CPG, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities domains with strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills .

What do we require?

The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in a given Industry / Process domain and S/4 HANA/MS Dynamics 365 Implementation. The successful candidate shall possess:

· Overall experience of 10-20 years (Role specific), with multiple years of consulting experience (preferably top-tier) in S/4 HANA/ MS Dynamics 365 Implementation with clients in Life sciences, Retail, Manufacturing or Energy verticals

· Experience in industry and a proven track record of leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

· Must have experience and hands on experience on implementation of 2-3 S/4 HANA/MS Dynamics 365 modules

· Experience of supporting complex programs in your work-streams, setting priorities, managing and monitoring schedules, developing relevant tools and templates

· Experience and good exposure in handling Business Data(Master, Transaction data), along with mapping/transformation for the ERP implementations/migration

· GRC – Security, authorization and Master data Grievances exposure will be recommended

· Experience in developing proposals, client presentations, building tools and accelerators for S4/ HANA/MS Dynamics 365 projects

• PMP/ACP/CSM / SAP certifications desirable
• Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels, processes, and exposure to global best practices, and trends desired.

· Appreciation and understanding of Disruptive digital technologies

• Experience in Value realization/ Organization Change Management/ benefits tracking desirable

What will you do?

At Infosys Consulting, you will:

• Be responsible for the value delivery of the transformation initiatives our clients in the respective industry verticals.
• Depending upon role and experience, serve as a trusted business advisor to the client to Team member/ Leader / on S4 consulting engagements for clients.
• Be a part of large-scale projects through the full lifecycle working along with the various delivery teams
• Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- leading and being part of a team of high performing consultants.
• Detail out the transformation roadmap deliverables in terms of business blueprinting, requirements, solution architectures, program roadmaps, change management, etc.
• Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers

· Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.

· Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way, yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail

· Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program.
