This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced NetSuite professional who wants to shape enterprise transformation initiatives and deliver high-impact ERP solutions. The role combines solution architecture, client advisory, and team leadership responsibilities within a collaborative consulting environment. Accountabilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise for NetSuite initiatives, helping define solution strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored NetSuite solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Lead the architecture, design, customization, and implementation of complex NetSuite solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Guide clients through optimization strategies, integrations, and platform improvements to maximize the value of their ERP investments.
- Manage high-impact NetSuite projects from initial discovery through implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing technical knowledge and helping develop team capabilities.
- Drive innovation within the consulting practice by identifying emerging trends, improving methodologies, and promoting operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful collaboration and exceptional service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by developing scalable approaches and contributing to the advancement of NetSuite delivery standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation, customization, configuration, and optimization.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite modules, capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP projects from planning through successful completion.
- Strong solution architecture skills with the ability to design scalable and sustainable business solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers, build trust with clients, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring consultants and developing team talent.
