Principal Oracle Health Systems Engineer – HIE

Job Description

Seeking experienced Systems Engineers to lead and deliver/support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Health Information Exchange (HIE) platforms and associated infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable data exchange, interface performance, system availability, interoperability compliance, and operational support across healthcare organizations and connected systems.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
11 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 7 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience

OR

Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting IT solutions or operations or related experience.

Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Cloud Computing: Demonstrated experience in deploying, configuring, and managing cloud infrastructure and platforms.
Automation: Demonstrated ability to automate business or technical processes, streamlining operations and reducing manual effort.
Oracle Product Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle products and the ability to educate customers on their effective use.
Compliance: Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to regulatory, legal, and organizational compliance requirements.
Troubleshooting: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple technology domains.
Change Management: Demonstrated experience implementing strategies to manage resistance and achieve successful organizational change.
Cloud Architecture: Demonstrated knowledge of cloud architecture, including networking, security, resilience, and connectivity.
Solution Architecture: Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, on scope, and within budget.
Service Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage high-quality service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs, leading teams and allocating resources for timely project delivery.
