Principal Product Manager, Industrial AI - Platform & Ecosystem

You will sit at the intersection of Industrial AI, machine health, IoT, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and operational workflows. As Augury evolves from a sensor company into a data and intelligence platform, you will define and scale the foundational capabilities that power our next generation of AI products and enable intelligent experiences across reliability, maintenance, and operations teams worldwide.

As a senior product leader, you will partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, GTM, and strategic customers to translate ambitious ideas into scalable products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. You will influence company strategy, shape platform direction, and build the foundation that enables Augury's vision for an agentic workforce.

A Day in Your Life

Industrial Connectivity & Ecosystem Strategy

• Define Augury's integration and ecosystem strategy across enterprise, cloud, and operational technology systems


• Establish and scale certified technology partner programs


• Drive product requirements across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and operational technologies


• Create frictionless customer experiences that accelerate deployment and time-to-value


• Ensure the data foundation enables every AI-powered experience Augury delivers

Platform & Agentic Infrastructure

• Define the roadmap for multi-cloud deployment, Kubernetes portability, and platform scalability


• Establish the shared infrastructure that enables safe, reliable, and scalable AI systems


• Drive standards and best practices for agentic workflows, orchestration, observability, governance, and operational excellence


• Partner with Engineering to ensure platform investments accelerate innovation across the company


• Create the foundation that allows teams to build and deploy AI-powered products with speed and confidence

Industrial Intelligence Enablement

• Define the capabilities required to support AI-native products and workflows


• Ensure data quality, readiness, and coverage across customer environments


• Identify and remove platform barriers that limit AI adoption and product success


• Partner with product teams to accelerate delivery of intelligent experiences


• Drive the transition from data collection to actionable industrial intelligence

Commercial & Partner Strategy

• Define packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies for platform capabilities


• Partner with GTM, Finance, and Operations to create scalable commercial offerings


• Work directly with strategic customers to shape product direction and validate market opportunities


• Build long-term partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem participants


• Establish the blueprint for how customers adopt and scale Augury's platform capabilities

What You Bring

• 12+ years of Product Management, Product Leadership, or equivalent experience


• 6+ years operating in senior product leadership roles within global technology organizations


• Proven success leading highly complex products from strategy through launch and measurable business impact


• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and independently identify opportunities, define problems, and drive execution


• Experience owning a major product domain with full strategic and execution accountability


• Deep experience with enterprise platforms, data products, integrations, APIs, infrastructure products, or platform ecosystems


• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and platform strategy


• Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, AI, IoT, or data-driven products


• Familiarity with AI-native product development, agentic systems, LLM-powered applications, and production AI operations


• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, Operations, and Customer Success


• Strong analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder management capabilities


• Ability to simplify complex technical and business challenges into clear product strategies and decisions


• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with broad organizational influence

Preferred Experience

• Experience within industrial technology, manufacturing, operational technology (OT), asset-intensive industries, or supply chain environments


• Experience with AI/ML products, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or agentic AI systems


• Experience building products involving sensors, edge computing, IoT platforms, or hardware/software ecosystems


• Experience defining platform monetization, ecosystem strategies, or partner programs


• Experience working directly with strategic enterprise customers to develop and launch new product offerings


• MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus
