Principal Product Manager - Offer Optimization

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our global Offer Optimization team, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact by creating next-generation travel retailing technologies and optimizing airline ancillary offers through data-driven innovation. As a Principal Product Manager, you will drive the strategic vision for dynamic ancillary pricing using machine learning and advanced analytics. You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate market needs into actionable roadmap initiatives. This role requires an ownership mindset, deep technical acumen and a passion for mentoring junior team members to deliver scalable solutions that advance travel technology at Sabre.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic product roadmap for machine learning-driven ancillary pricing models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build and integrate intelligent retail capabilities.
• Guide cross-functional scrum teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure high-quality agile delivery.
• Translate customer insights and performance metrics into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.
• Mentor junior product team members while establishing best practices for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred qualifications and education

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management with at least 5 years in airline offer optimization.
• Proven experience working with machine learning models and advanced analytics to drive retail solutions.
• Strong leadership background in agile delivery, with a track record of guiding engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver strategic business outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or a related field.
