Principal TCAD Engineer

Apply advanced process & device modeling tools during process development for insights into scaling, optimization, and feasibility studies as applicable. Develop models that predict the behavior of semiconductor devices. Provide useful early inputs for new and emerging technologies - materials, devices, and structures. Demonstrated experience of working with computational methods - Hands on TCAD experience for technology development Programming skills (scripting, python, c, c++, etc) AI/ML approaches to physics problems solving Personality traits Demonstrate a strong work ethic with integrity and passion to work on complex topic of device technology development Team player with a strong sense of collaboration and urgency Approach assignments and problems with creative thinking leading to novel solutions and tenacity Ability to communicate clearly - both written and oral
