About this Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - MNO Certifications to join Ericsson's Global Certifications team. You will lead mobile network operator (MNO) certification programs, drive issue resolution, and work closely with operators, engineering, product management, and certification labs to ensure successful product approvals and launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead certification programs with major mobile network operators.


• Develop certification strategies and manage schedules, risks, and operator engagement.


• Coordinate activities between product development teams, operators, and certification labs.


• Drive resolution of certification, interoperability, and deployment issues.


• Lead root cause analysis and technical investigations across cross-functional teams.


• Ensure test readiness, defect management, and successful certification execution.


• Act as the primary escalation point for certification-related risks and blockers.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in operator certifications, wireless validation, network integration, or interoperability.


• Experience working with major mobile network operators and certification programs.


• Strong background in LTE and/or 5G technologies.


• Proven experience leading complex technical investigations and cross-functional teams.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G NR technologies.


• Experience with protocol analysis, troubleshooting, and interoperability testing.


• Ability to analyze logs, traces, and test results to drive issue resolution.


• Familiarity with cellular debugging tools such as QXDM.


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and program management skills.
