Salary range: Rs 5000000 - Rs 6500000 (ie INR 50-65 LPA)

Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience developing on Linux platforms with deep hands-on exposure to systems-level software.
• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Go, or Java, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of core computer science principles, including:
• Data structures & algorithms
• Concurrent programming (threads, synchronization, locking)
• Systems-level debugging and performance optimization
• Experience with distributed systems, OS internals, hypervisors, containers, Linux kernel, or database internals is highly desirable.
• Exposure to storage technologies (file/object/block) or enterprise infrastructure is a plus.
• Ability to architect and build high-performance, highly reliable, large-scale systems.

Architecture & Design Skills

• Demonstrated capability to design, review, and implement complex system architectures.
• Experience influencing or driving strategic architectural decisions and contributing to large-scale systems evolution.
• Strong engineering judgment with the ability to evaluate trade-offs, define technical boundaries, and propose well-structured system designs.

Problem-Solving & Ownership

• Proven ability to analyze, debug, and resolve complex system issues across distributed and multi-node environments.
• Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership—from conceptualization to implementation and production-grade delivery.
• Passion for solving deep technical challenges with accountability, persistence, and rigor.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
