We are looking for an experienced professional to join a leading advisory firm in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Restructuring practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Lead M&A, corporate restructuring, mergers, demergers, and capital reduction assignments.

  
  


• 
  

  Advise clients on restructuring strategies and evaluate direct tax, company law, SEBI, FEMA, stamp duty, and accounting implications.

  
  


• 
  

  Review transaction documents, including SPAs, business transfer agreements, and subscription agreements.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage schemes of arrangement, NCLT proceedings, and corporate actions.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence.

  
  


• 
  

  Support business development, client pitches, proposals, and engagement management.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide technical opinions, lead research initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to knowledge management and industry publications.
