Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the overall architecture strategy for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a roadmap for Salesforce adoption and expansion that aligns with organizational objectives.
Solution Design: Architect complex solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities, integrating with third-party applications and systems.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
Mentorship and Training: Provide technical mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of Salesforce innovations and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization’s strategy.
Crisis Management: Lead the resolution of critical system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
