We are looking for a creative print designer to ideate and execute print designs for a variety of
applications. As a print designer, you will collaborate with the content and creative team to create
print and digital graphic design mock -ups and oversee the final printing process.
To ensure success as a print designer, you should have a good understanding of colour calibration
and technical printing standards. A skilled print designer should have a keen eye for detail and be
able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums.
Print Designer Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating and brainstorming with the content and creative team to define design briefs
and requirements.
2. Creating graphic assets like math diagrams, Illustrations, charts, tables, and infographics as
per the guideline with using the Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
3. Create design templates for different classroom activities like Worksheets, Answer -sheets,
Notes and Assessments.
4. Rendering and presenting design mock -ups for revision and feedback.
5. Implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing.
6. Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, file formats and dimensions
are print -ready.
7. Overseeing the printing process to ensure colour quality and consistency.
8. Managing the timelines and workflow of print design projects.
9. Communicating updates, feedback, and issues with the managers, and the creative team.
10. Maintaining the brand's consistency across all designs and printed materials.
11. Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
12. Need good knowledge of digital technology to reuse the printable material.
Requirements
Print Designer Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a print designer or a similar role.
2. A strong portfolio of print design work.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. The ability to manage multiple design projects and perform under pressure.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Willingness to learn new design software and techniques
Educational Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in graphic design, visual arts, print or related field.
