Your Role: Privacy Analyst Lead
As a Privacy Analyst, you will primarily focus on
operational privacy and data governance activities while also taking on
leadership responsibilities to guide teams and support key initiatives. This is
a full -time role suited for professionals with hands -on experience in privacy,
data protection, and governance, along with the ability to drive execution and
team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate privacy and data protection requirements into
actionable tasks for engineering and business teams
• Design and implement privacy and data protection controls in alignment with
regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to initiate, track, and ensure timely
implementation of privacy controls
• Support Privacy by Design (PbD) initiatives and ensure execution of
applicable controls across projects
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely
delivery of privacy initiatives
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, status, and potential
blockers
• Act as a point of contact for team coordination and support operational
continuity across teams
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with privacy and governance
practices
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within
privacy and data protection frameworks
• Support organizational compliance with global data protection regulations and
internal standards
Requirements
Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Law, or a related field
• 5–8 years of overall experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or IT risk domains
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands -on experience specifically in privacy and data protection
• Strong understanding of privacy principles, data governance, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in implementing privacy controls and working with cross -functional teams
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred
• Experience with tools such as OneTrust, BigID, or similar privacy management platforms
• Understanding of relational databases and basic data querying capabilities
• Experience handling escalations, data analysis, and operational privacy workflows
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly present findings and action items
