We are seeking an experienced Process & ERP Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives with a strong focus on SAP ERP implementation, process optimization, and digital transformation within the chemical industry. This strategic leadership role is responsible for reimagining business processes, leading large-scale ERP transformation programs, and enabling operational excellence across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, finance, sales, and distribution functions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business transformation, SAP ERP, and process excellence, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and business performance. You will collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external implementation partners to define transformation roadmaps and ensure successful execution across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives aligned with long-term organizational strategy and growth objectives.
• Drive end-to-end SAP ERP transformation programs, including process assessment, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, digitalization, and operational excellence.
• Define future-state business processes across procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, finance, sales, logistics, and customer operations.
• Partner with business leaders to align transformation initiatives with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and external consultants to deliver ERP transformation programs within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Establish governance frameworks, project milestones, risk management plans, and performance metrics to ensure successful program execution.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and training initiatives to maximize business value from ERP investments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and governance requirements across all transformation activities.
• Monitor transformation KPIs, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, process innovation, automation, analytics, and digital capabilities that support long-term business growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience leading Business Transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise process transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in SAP ERP implementation, rollout, optimization, and transformation across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of business processes within the chemical, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, distribution, or process industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs involving cross-functional stakeholders and global teams.
• Strong knowledge of process excellence methodologies, business process re-engineering, organizational change management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience managing ERP implementation partners, consulting firms, vendors, and enterprise technology programs.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership, drive organizational change, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
