Analyze and document current procurement processes across indirect procurement. Design and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency, automation and compliance. Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and SOPs using BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Aris). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Define and document business requirements and use cases with internal stakeholders. Understand and assess change impacts of to-be processes, relative to impact and ease of implementation Lead or support process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Deliver training, documentation and presentations in terms that are understandable to all parties. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in process engineering, procurement operations, or supply chain. Hands-on experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba and Fieldglass. Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Proven project management experience; PMP certification is a plus. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
