Process Associate

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The team’s core job is to verify and process various documents to ensure the Health Care professional remains Compliant. Additionally, to ensure standards are met as per the requirements set by NHS (UK)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clear understanding of various type of documents (Identity, Training, Qualifications, Appraisals, and Application Forms)


• Every document processed inclusive of approved and unapproved are then updated in the respective Health care professional’s profile in the system


• Communication both verbal and email to be up to the mark to facilitate overall smooth communication


• Coordinate with various internal departments and the health care professionals for documents received, processed and on hold.


• Evaluate documents received as per criteria and requirements.


• Accuracy levels need to be excellent and timely across systems.


• Quality and customer service to be delivered at the highest levels.


• Achieve set production targets without any errors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in complex back office process is desirable.


• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PDF, JPEG used for processing and converting documents.


• Highly organised and attentive to detail.


• Continually develop own knowledge and skills in line with role

Process - Non Voice

Shift - UK Shift (WFO)

Transport - home pick up & drop (Up to 20 KMs)
