Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via various channels (voice, chat, email).

Assist customers with travel bookings, including flights and hotels.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Comfortable working in a 24*7 environment with rotational shifts & offs with excellent communication skills.
