Process Associate / Senior Process Associate – Underwriting Support (US Client)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail -oriented Underwriting Support professional to support US insurance underwriting teams. The role involves market analytics, data review, and coordination with US clients to support underwriting decisions. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior experience handling US processes are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end -to -end underwriting support to US clients
  

• Perform market analytics and data analysis to support underwriting decisions
  

• Review, analyze, and validate submissions, risk data, and supporting documents
  

• Assist underwriters with policy evaluation, renewals, endorsements, and new business processing
  

• Prepare and maintain underwriting reports, summaries, and dashboards
  

• Coordinate with US stakeholders through calls and emails to clarify requirements and resolve queries
  

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to US underwriting guidelines and SLAs
  

• Support quality checks and documentation as per process requirements
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in Underwriting Support / Insurance Operations for US clients
  

• Prior exposure to US underwriting processes and market analytics
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support risk assessment
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  

• Attention to detail and strong process orientation
  

Work Schedule & Mode

• Shift: Night Shift
  

• Timings: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
  

• Days: Monday to Friday
  

• Work Mode: Office -based
