We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to work on carbon capture projects at Mumbai Location, including FEED & Detailed engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for FEED and Detail engineering activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment’s etc. for FEED and Detail Engineering Projects.
• Candidate shall be capable to Lead the Project independently & manage team.
• Preparation & review of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies.
• Shall be aware about Model Review, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
• Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications, and calculations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks during project stage.
• Good presentation and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong time management skills including ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Effective technical writing skills in English.
• Hands-on experience in process design software such as UniSim, HYSYS, HTRI.

Qualifications:

• B.E / B. TECH - Chemical Engineering
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in Detail Design Engineering. Experience with EPC company is preferred.
